Surgery in Danbury, CT     Date Posted: 11/2/2009 Description: Danbury Office of Physician Services (DOPS), an affiliate of Danbury Health Systems, Inc. currently has hospital based opportunities for dedicated Physician Assistants. Your duties will include the evaluation of Thoracic Surgery patients, performing appropriate pre-evaluation studies and referrals. You will assist in the coordination of consults on both in- and out-patients as well as serve as a patient liaison and advocate for timely completion of pre-operative evaluation and post-operative care. You will triage patient care issues as necessary. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and the ability to work variable shifts.
