The officers of radio station WQAQ shall consist of a General Manager, Program Director, Business Manager, Music Director, Promotions Director, Production Director, News Director, and Sports Director. These persons shall comprise the Management Staff, have an equal vote on the Management Staff, and may appoint an assistant subject to the approval of the Management Staff (Assistants will not be members of the Management Staff). All officers have an obligation to attend regular Management Staff meetings, general staff meetings and to fulfill their duties as stated.

General Manager
Responsible for overseeing all station functions, contract negotiations, finances, and security. Presides over all general staff and management staff meetings. Serves as a liaison with administration, student activities advisor, faculty, staff, faculty advisor, Federal Communications Commission and other members of the College community and the surrounding community as well.

Program Director
Responsible for the programming and supervision of all broadcast material, training, recruitment, and evaluation of new staff members, as well as planning special programs and on-air events. Shall create and orientate all members, of the rules and obscenity policies in compliance with FCC regulations. In the absence of the General Manager will preside over all meetings.

Business Manager
Responsible for the finances of the station, ordering supplies and equipment, as well as organizing fundraisers and preparing for annual budget. Must hold a monthly reconciliation of the budget with the General Manager and should establish a working relationship with the SGA treasurer.

Music Director
Responsible for maintaining business relations with record companies, concert promoters, and reporting to the College Music Journal regularly. Also responsible for the labeling and securing of record albums, tapes, and compact discs, reviewing playlists and format, and keeping up with the latest music releases.

Promotions Director
Responsible for promoting all WQAQ meetings and events, as well as handling concert tickets, underwriting, and promotions with outside groups in the surrounding community, and working with appropriate college officials in coordinating promotional endeavors.

Production Director
Responsible for all audio announcements for events, shows and programs sponsored by WQAQ and other organizations, public service announcements (both written and taped), recorded identifications, and the maintaining and cleaning of all production equipment.

News Director
Responsible for recruiting, coordinating, and supervising the news staff, news broadcasts, the gathering of news, and news view talk shows. Must act as secretary at all meetings. This involves taking minutes and posting them in the station. Also responsible, along with the Sports Director, for the maintaining of the United Press International wire service equipment.

Sports Director
Responsible for coordinating, recruiting, and supervising the sports staff, sports broadcasts, the gathering of sports information, and sports talk shows, as well as coverage of live sporting events. Also responsible, along with the News Director, for the maintaining of the United Press International wire service equipment.

The Management Staff shall act together as a whole in decision making, generating policies and contracts, planning events, and overseeing the operation of the station.
