The radio station WQAQ shall be open to all members of the Quinnipiac University community under the following conditions:
The staff member must be a member of the Quinnipiac University community. This includes all students, faculty, staff, and alumni. The Program Director will give first preference to full-time undergraduates when assigning air time.
The member must prove himself/herself of satisfactory ability in the judgment of the management staff after having completed appropriate training sessions.
The member must be aware of and agree to abide by rules set forth by the management staff, as well as rules of Quinnipiac University and the Federal Communications Commission.
The member has an obligation to attend at least eight of the general staff meetings throughout the school year unless excused by the management staff for reasons such as a doctor's appointment or class.
