Twenty Most Common Errors
Several years ago, Andrea Lunsford and Robert Connors compiled a list of
the most common errors in student papers. This link to the website for
the St. Martin's Handbook (5th edition) by Andrea Lunsford
provides a list of the errors with the relevant rules and examples.
While you will not have access to all the exercises unless you purchase the
text, you might want to use the list as a means of self-assessment or review.
