Diagnostic Test

Purpose

The purpose of the Diagnostic Grammar Test is to help you to identify rules of grammar or punctuation that you need to review.  Although the test does not evaluate your overall writing skills, you can make effective use of it to improve your editing and proofreading.

If you wish to report your score to your professor, take the following steps when you get to the "Results" page:

    1.  Press the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard.

    2.  Open a Word Document.

    3.  Click "Edit" and "Paste."

    4.  Save the document to your computer and close Word.

    5.  You may email the Word document to your professor, print it out, or upload it to a TWEN page.
